Great news, all Australians are now eligible for Telepsychiatry services via Medicare. Those living in rural and remote regions are still eligible for additional rebates as per pre-COVID medicare regulations. Please see below instructions to see if you are eligible for this. Please note we are a private practice, and private fees including an out of pocket cost may still apply.

Eligibility for rural telehealth rebates:
1. Please click on the link at the bottom of this page.
2. Type in your residential address
3. If your RA Rating sits as a RA2 – RA7 then you are eligible.

Practitioner Instructions:
1. Please click on the link at the bottom of this page.
2. Type in clinic address or patient’s residential address
3. If the RA Rating sits as a RA2 – RA7 the patient is eligible.
